Submit Application At St. Petersburg State University everyone can take a test in foreign languages and get an international certificate. The international certificate confirms a certain level of proficiency in a foreign language and is recognized by educational institutions and employers in different countries worldwide.
In the Language Testing Center, you can take exams in 20 foreign languages: English, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Hungarian, Czech, Serbian, Turkish and other languages. You can find the entire list of exams on the website of the Testing Center.
